Hot Lab
Train in the heat. Go deeper.
Each session takes place in our infrared studio, maintained between 35–38°C. The heat allows the body to move deeper, activate muscles more efficiently, and release tension through controlled intensity.
3 Steps
Hot Lab
Before
Arrive 10–15 minutes early · Hydrate well before the session · Wear light, breathable clothing · Grip socks recommended.
During
Listen to your body and pace yourself · Take breaks whenever needed · Stay hydrated throughout the session · Maintain a calm and focused environment.
After
Rehydrate and allow the body to cool down · Enjoy the shower and recovery space · Refresh with cold towels provided after each session · Expect a deep sense of relaxation and muscle fatigue
Rules
Arrival
Clients should arrive 10–15 minutes before class.
Delay
Late entry is not permitted once the class has started.
Socks
Grip socks are mandatory.
Phones

Atmosphere
We encourage a calm, focused and respectful atmosphere.

Fresh towels, water, and access to a comfortable shower area with high-quality products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel).
