A high-intensity, low-impact full-body method designed for deep muscle activation and precise body sculpting. Through slow, controlled movements, it challenges endurance, strength, and stability at a deeper level.

Hot Lab

Train in the heat. Go deeper.

Each session takes place in our infrared studio, maintained between 35–38°C. The heat allows the body to move deeper, activate muscles more efficiently, and release tension through controlled intensity.

Hot Pilates

A refined, low-impact class focused on core strength, control, and alignment. Through slow, precise movements, it strengthens deep muscles, improves posture, and builds long, lean definition. Ideal for developing stability, flexibility, and a strong, balanced body.

Hot Barre

A dynamic fusion of barre, light weights, low-impact cardio, and yoga designed to create long, lean muscles. By targeting small muscle groups, this class enhances overall strength, supports recovery, and helps prevent injury. High-energy and rhythm-driven, Hot Barre is ideal for sculpting legs, glutes, core, and arms.

Hot Sculpture

3 Steps

Hot Lab

Before

Arrive 10–15 minutes early · Hydrate well before the session · Wear light, breathable clothing · Grip socks recommended.

During

Listen to your body and pace yourself · Take breaks whenever needed · Stay hydrated throughout the session · Maintain a calm and focused environment.

After

Rehydrate and allow the body to cool down · Enjoy the shower and recovery space · Refresh with cold towels provided after each session · Expect a deep sense of relaxation and muscle fatigue

Medical Warnings: Hot Lab

Infrared heat training may not be suitable for everyone. We do not recommend heat classes for: pregnant clients, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, those sensitive to heat or prone to dizziness, anyone with medical conditions affected by high temperatures

Rules

Arrival

Clients should arrive 10–15 minutes before class.

Delay

Late entry is not permitted once the class has started.

Socks

Grip socks are mandatory.

Phones

Phones are not allowed during class

Atmosphere

We encourage a calm, focused and respectful atmosphere.

Equipment provided

Fresh towels, water, and access to a comfortable shower area with high-quality products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel).

Everything you need to know

All classes can be booked through our website or Bsport booking platform. Reserving your spot in advance is strongly recommended — class sizes are intentionally limited, and walk-ins are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class to retain your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
Late arrivals will not be admitted more than 10 minutes after the class begins, in order to preserve the flow of the session and ensure a high-quality experience for all clients. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to fully settle in.

Our Lagree Lab runs with a maximum of 6 clients per session. The Hot Lab accommodates up to 8. Both formats are intentionally kept small to ensure a personalised, high-quality experience.

Heat classes are not recommended for pregnant clients, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, or those sensitive to heat. If in doubt, please consult a medical professional before booking.
